Furthermore, it is important for you to talk to the advisor, who should be assigned to your child. If there's no advisor, then I suggest to you talk to the Dean of Students of the school to find out more about your child's course schedule for the next 4 years. This is to make sure that he takes the courses that are in line with the requirements of the schools and to maximize on the honors/AP courses that he will need to apply to college.
